Rule Changes for the 2025-26 Season

631(d) Puck Out of Play Last-Play faceoff occurs in the zone where the puck was shot or deflected (Regardless of which team put the puck out of play)

624(b) Icing the puck Boys 15O and above (Midget) Girls 16U+ Icing is now permitted while shorthanded. Prohibited in all other age classifications

624(c) Icing the puck Faceoff will be conducted at center ice if the officials error in calling icing.

630(d) Offsides Boys 15O and above (Midget) Girls 16U+ Games for these age classifications will be played with delayed/tag-up offsides

304(g) Protective Equipment Requires HECC certified neck laceration protectors for ALL Youth, Girls, and High School players. ( Including Goaltenders see rule 303(b) ) With note allowing BNQ certified NLP’s for 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons
